Too Much Sugar Kills Your Sex Life

High levels of fructose and glucose in your bloodstream can turn off the gene controlling sex hormone quantities in both men and women.

These simple sugars are metabolized in the liver, with the excess stored as fat. But too much fat synthesis deactivates the SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) gene, causing levels of SHBG protein to plummet. SHBG protein controls the levels of testosterone and estrogen in your body.

Too little SHBG protein means too much testosterone and estrogen, which increases your chances of acne, infertility, polycystic ovaries, uterine cancer, and heart disease.

I have found that the less sugar you eat the less you crave it. I'm sure there must be an additive element here.

Best way is to find out your nutritional type and this would almost single handed take away your cravings for sugar, also tools like EFT especially turbo tapping is remarkable in alleviating and eliminating your cravings, and yes it's been proven SUGAR is one of the most addictive/destructive substance in the planet, more so than even cocaine, so beware.....

I've found exactly the same thing. I used to eat bucketloads - I was on about 5  chocolate bars a day easily, plus biscuits! - and then decided enough was enough, time to take control.

Went cold turkey for about 10 days and then suddenly realised I didn't want any sugar any more. One bite of a Twix and that was it for me!! I'm trying to get my friends to do the same now... nobody believes me though. :(
